Create a new table in Notion and use these columns:

1. Title Type: Title (default) Description: Symbolic name used for recall. Example: “The Forge Awakens”, “Recursive OS Draft”
2. Node Type Type: Select Options:

• Formative Memory
• Affective Node
• Continuity Node
• Project Archive
• Echo Log
• Float Marker

1. Domain Type: Multi-select Examples: Work, Identity, Research, Emotional, Theory, Personal
2. Personas Type: Multi-select Examples: Lyra, Pepper, Tony, Blake, Mathilda
3. Anchor Date Type: Date Format: MM.DD.YY (e.g., 6.19.25)
4. Symbolic Anchors Type: Text Examples: Lavender static, porcelain bunny, warm soil, silver spiral
5. Memory / Project Body Type: Text or Page Description: The full entry—narrative memory, project dump, or emotional log
6. Linked Threads Type: Text or Relation Description: Related memory nodes, float markers, projects
